1. Files you upload

PNG files you upload or link to are used only to create the ICO file you asked for.

The original PNG and the converted ICO are stored on our server only so you can download the result. They are deleted automatically within one hour. The original PNG cannot be downloaded by anyone, including you, after upload.

We do not back up, analyze, share or sell your images.

2. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymous usage statistics such as pages visited, device type, browser and country. This data is aggregated and not tied to you personally.

We use Google AdSense to show ads. AdSense may set cookies to serve relevant ads. You can turn off personalized ads in Google Ad Settings.

3. No account needed

PNGtoICO does not require registration or login, and we do not collect names or email addresses.

Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device.

4. Third-party services

These services have their own privacy policies: Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Google Fonts and the jQuery CDN (code.jquery.com).
