1. Files You Upload
Any PNG files you upload or link to are used solely to perform the ICO conversion you requested. Files are stored temporarily on our servers during processing and are automatically deleted immediately after the conversion is complete. We do not store, back up, analyze, share, or sell your images under any circumstances.
2. Cookies and Analytics
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymous usage statistics - pages visited, device type, browser, and country. This data is aggregated and never tied to individual users. We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. AdSense may set cookies to serve relevant ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising via Google Ad Settings.
3. No Account Required
PNGtoICO.com does not require registration or login. We do not collect names, email addresses, or any personal information. Your theme preference (light/dark) is saved in your browser's local storage - it never leaves your device.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services which have their own privacy policies: Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Google Fonts, and jsDelivr/unpkg for libraries.
